The Vecchia Masseria is a typical and extraordinary rural building, a symbol and monument of rural civilisation dating back to 1856. Surrounded by 2000 hectares of woods in the archaeological natural park, on the Ganzaria Mountain, it has dominated the Gela Plain for almost three centuries.
