You can request deletion even if you no longer have the app installed. We verify requests before taking action to protect your account.

What happens next

• We verify your identity and process the request within a reasonable period.
• We delete the account, saved trips, push-device registrations and other data that is no longer needed.
• We may retain booking, invoice, payment, fraud-prevention and tax records only where legally required or needed for an unresolved dispute. Retained records are restricted from normal account use.
