The outer wall is constructed entirely out of glass which enhances the high ceiling feature of the room. A second, "al la carte" restaurant opened in 2006 in the lower ground floor of a newly built annex which adjoins the old building to the rear. It serves international cuisine in a contemporary and stylish environment.A low rise brick and concrete structure which sprawls in different directions from a glass and metal entrance which represents the central point where the reception and lobby is located. The building has evolved throughout different design periods causing a miss-match of 60's 90's and 21st CenturyThe lobby area is medium in size. It houses a large reception desk offering literature on the local area and some pockets of seating.This hotel is a great choice for those wishing to explore the countryside and history of North Zealand. It provides spacious rooms and a friendly atmosphere which is well suited for families and groups. However, being that it is only 35km from Copenhagen it also offers the perfect base for a city come nature break.
