Welcome to Best Vacation Travel. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our
website, communications, and travel services (collectively, the “Services”). By making an inquiry or booking,
you agree to these Terms as well as any supplier terms that apply to your reservation (e.g., hotel, cruise line,
bedbanks, channel managers). Please read them carefully.
We act as a travel agency/agent. Products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Their rules and penalties apply in addition to ours.
1) Who we are
Best Vacation Travel LLC (“Best Vacation Travel”, “we”, “us”) provides travel agency services for hotels, cruises, and related products through our website and direct communications.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated (e.g., names as on passport, contact details).
You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials used to access our Services.
3) Our role as agent
We act as an agent for third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, cruise lines, bedbanks). Your contract for the travel product is with the relevant supplier. Each supplier’s own terms and conditions, rules, and policies apply to your booking in addition to ours.
Supplier terms may include special restrictions, change/cancellation penalties, resort fees, and deposit or age requirements.
4) Bookings & confirmations
Quotes: Availability and prices are dynamic and may change until paid and confirmed.
Names & details: Ensure all traveler details are correct. Some suppliers do not allow name changes.
Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation number or voucher from us or the supplier.
Special requests: We can pass requests (e.g., bedding, accessibility), but fulfillment is not guaranteed.
5) Prices & payments
Currency: We may quote in USD or show the supplier’s currency. Exchange rates and bank fees may apply.
Payment methods: We accept cards and, where offered, ACH (U.S. bank accounts). Card and ACH processing are handled by payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card or bank details.
Deposits/Balance: Some bookings require deposits or staged payments. Due dates will be shown on your invoice or confirmation. Missing a due date may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
Chargebacks: Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be contested. Please contact us first to resolve issues.
Errors: We reserve the right to correct pricing/display errors. If you do not accept a corrected price, you may cancel for a refund of amounts paid to us for the affected item.

Refund processing: Approved refunds follow supplier timelines. Once the supplier sends funds to us/processor, we return them to your original payment method.
8) Taxes, fees & local charges
Some amounts (e.g., resort fees, city taxes, port fees, gratuities) may be collected directly by the hotel/cruise line and are not included in our price unless expressly stated.
9) Traveler responsibilities
Review all confirmations and invoices immediately and report any discrepancies.
Maintain valid travel documents (passport/visas, vaccination/health requirements). See section 11.
Arrive on time for check-in/embarkation; comply with any change/cancel deadlines.
Purchase travel insurance if desired (recommended for medical, trip interruption, supplier default, etc.).
10) Third-party suppliers
We are not the manufacturer, owner, or operator of the travel products. We are not responsible for acts/omissions of suppliers or for events beyond our control. Supplier amenities, renovations, and classifications (e.g., star ratings) are provided by suppliers or third-party sources and may change.
11) Travel documents & health
Ensure your passport is valid for the required period and that you hold necessary visas/permits.
Health and vaccination requirements may change; consult official sources and your physician.
For cruises, check cruise line embarkation rules, travel insurance, and medical coverage at sea/ports.
12) Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties not expressly made in these Terms. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Cap: Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your booking shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for the affected reservation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any permitted court action shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Informal resolution first: Contact us to try to resolve any dispute. If unresolved, you agree to submit disputes to binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless you opt out by written notice within 30 days of your first booking with us.
Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. Each party bears its own fees unless the arbitrator awards otherwise under applicable law.
14) Intellectual property
All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, images, code) is owned by or licensed to Best Vacation Travel and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
15) Privacy
Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. By using the Services, you consent to those policies.
16) Force majeure
We and our suppliers are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to acts of God, weather, strikes, labor disputes, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, public health events, or technical failures.
17) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. We will post the new version with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18) Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with supplier rules and your confirmations/invoices, constitute the entire agreement regarding your booking.
Electronic communications: You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic records satisfy legal requirements.
